Based on SLO 1, 2, 3, and 4, students will complete a 5-page article that could be potentially submitted to an applicable journal or peer-reviewed conference in consultation with the professor. Students will find articles that focus on an area of leadership, i.e., global leadership, transformational leadership, charismatic, etc. The article must include the following: · A brief summary of the relevant leadership theory or concept(s). · A brief literature review supporting the claims and evidence. · A reflection on how to use this information in practice. The article must include a cover page, and an MLA reference page listing all sources. References must be credible sources. Please use Times New Roman (12 points), 2.0 spacing. Students will have the opportunity to present their article in class. Please submit article using the Assignments tool on the course site on Canvas .
