Leadership Research
Based on SLO 1, 2, and 3, students will select a business leader and write a 10 -page research paper (excluding the cover page and references page) that includes the following: · Thesis statement, including a statement of purpose. · An introduction to the leader. · A literature of the leader’s impact on their respective industry and society including successes and shortcomings. · Identify the key leadership theories, traits, and characteristics that are used by the leader. · Evaluate the leader’s use of the 7 Habits. · Conclusion that includes recommendations for future business leaders. Including a cover page, and an MLA reference page listing your minimum 8 sources. References must be credible sources. Please use Times New Roman (12 points), 2.0 spacing. Points will be based upon clarity of expression and a focused, well-honed thesis. Students will have the opportunity to present their preliminary findings in class.
