Strategy Development and Implementation
For this assignment, you are going to present an action plan based on the strategic plan you submitted for assignment two (2).
In your presentation:
1) Provide an overview of your strategic plan
2) Explain how you will demonstrate strategic leadership and assess preparedness for change among organizational leaders and internal and external stakeholders
3) Describe how you will implement, monitor, and evaluate your strategic plan
4) Develop a balanced scorecard that includes a strategy map/strategic objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), targets, and initiatives based on the strategies outlined in your plan. There should be at least one (1) objective, KPI, target, and initiative per strategy.
5) Explain challenges that might arise during the implementation of your action plan how the organization might overcome those challenges
Assume that you are giving this presentation to a group of senior healthcare executives.
Your presentation/slide show should contain at least 10-15 slides, not including the title and reference slides. You are required to provide narration for each slide.
